• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your uploaded photos are sent securely to our AI processing partner (Replicate) for generation. Photos are retained temporarily during processing and are deleted from our servers within 30 days of upload unless you choose to save them to your gallery.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may have access to your data:

• Replicate AI: Processes uploaded photos to generate AI face images. Their privacy policy applies to data they process.
• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Your payment card details are processed securely through Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Google Sign-In: Allows you to authenticate using your Google account. Google's privacy policy applies to authentication data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate FaceLab, and when required by law.

FaceLab is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
